RETURN TERMS
Please read before returning your jewelry.
All IP collaboration items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date you receive your original order.
Items without jewelry tags, or items that have been worn, damaged, or altered, are not eligible for refund. These items will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Customers must use a trackable shipping method when returning items. Returns or exchanges sent without tracking will not be accepted.
All complimentary gifts received with the order must be returned together with the item. Otherwise, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
REFUND PROCESS
Return-related costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once we receive your return parcel, we will process the return within 10 days. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment account.
