ZURI MUSE stands behind the jewelry we create and sell. Every piece is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects from the date you receive your original order.

WARRANTY TERMS

What your warranty covers.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back to ZURI MUSE.

Customers should ensure that the item is properly packaged before sending it back. ZURI MUSE is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during return shipping.

Customers must use a trackable shipping method. Packages sent without tracking will not be processed.

ZURI MUSE reserves the right to void the warranty for any item showing signs of alteration, misuse, or damage beyond normal wear and tear, as determined by our jewelry specialists.

If a repair request involves a loose or fallen diamond caused by a qualifying manufacturing issue, please return the diamond together with the product for repair assessment whenever possible.

NOT MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

Common jewelry conditions not covered by warranty.

Discoloration from exposure

Discoloration caused by exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, swimming pool water, hot tub water, or bathing water is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Normal wear of prongs and precious metals

Prongs and precious metals naturally wear over time and may require reinforcement or repair. These conditions are considered normal wear and tear.

Stone loss from worn or damaged settings

Stone loss caused by bent, caught, or worn prongs due to normal wear or other damage is not considered a manufacturing defect.
